Before You Continue

ReturnRider works best with access to your location and camera. Here's how each is used:

Location

ReturnRider uses your location to help confirm your pickup address and connect your pickup request with available drivers in your service area.

Camera

ReturnRider uses the camera so you can scan or photograph package labels when submitting a return pickup.

Tips, Rules & Best Practices

Maintain a high rating

Be on time, handle packages carefully, and be polite. Drivers below 4.0 stars may be temporarily suspended.

Use in-app chat

If you need to contact the customer, use the in-app chat on the job screen. Avoid sharing personal contact info.

Handle packages safely

Never open packages. Take care not to damage items. Photograph any pre-existing damage before pickup.

Declining jobs

Frequently declining jobs may reduce your dispatch priority. Only go online when you are ready to accept.

Stay in your service area

Jobs are dispatched based on your GPS location. Make sure location access is set to Always Allow.
