By downloading, accessing, or using the ReturnRider Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. ReturnRider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

ReturnRider is a mobile platform that connects customers with drivers who facilitate the pickup and delivery of packages to return facilities (UPS Store, FedEx Office, Staples, Whole Foods). We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee driver availability, on-time delivery, or specific outcomes.

3. User Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use ReturnRider
• • You must provide accurate and complete information
• • You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by law
• • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

4. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• • Ensure packages have valid return labels before scheduling pickups
• • Provide accurate pickup address and contact information
• • Be available or arrange access for the driver at the scheduled time
• • Not request illegal items or services
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Treat drivers with respect and courtesy

ReturnRider drivers are independent contractors, not employees. We are not responsible for:

• • Package damage or loss during pickup/delivery
• • Missed pickups due to driver unavailability
• • Missed delivery windows or delays
• • Driver misconduct or damages

However, we take safety and quality seriously. Report any issues immediately for investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReturnRider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

ReturnRider, including its design, logos, content, and software, is owned by ReturnRider or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for illegal purposes or violate any laws
• • Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers or support staff
• • Attempt to manipulate pricing or bypass payment systems
• • Request rides to transport illegal items or persons
• • Reverse-engineer or hack the ReturnRider app or systems
• • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• • Post offensive content or spam in the app

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Service are subject to binding arbitration under U.S. law, except that:

• • You may file in small claims court if your claim is under $5,000
• • Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement
• • Class action lawsuits are waived

11. Account Termination

ReturnRider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users. Termination may be immediate and without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
